Shipping policy

Everything is packed by hand in Melbourne.

Where we ship

The Offline Boxes ship Australia wide and to New Zealand. Items from the MERRI shop ship Australia wide, to New Zealand and to selected countries overseas.

How long it takes

Australian post takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of being placed.

The Offline Box is packed at the end of each month and posted then, with tracking. The Offline Christmas Box is posted from Friday 11 December.

Pre-orders

Some items are made in a single small run and are sold as pre-orders. The shipping month is stated at the top of the product page, and pre-order items are posted as soon as the run arrives with us.

If you order a pre-order item together with an in-stock item, we will hold the order and send it together unless you ask us to split it. Email us if you would like the in-stock part sent first.

Postage costs

Delivery is included in Australia. New Zealand is $30 an order. Postage to other countries is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. If a parcel looks like it has gone astray, email hello@wearemerri.com.au with your order number and one of us will chase it down for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will re-send it once you cover the return postage.
