These terms apply to your use of this store and to any order you place with us.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, because an item sells out, a price is listed incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery is included in Australia. Postage to other countries is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are made in a single small run. The shipping month shown on the product page is our best estimate. If a run is delayed we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Products and images

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and handmade and small-run items will vary slightly from piece to piece. That variation is part of them, not a fault.

Intellectual property

All artwork, illustration, photography, text and designs on this store belong to MERRI. You may not reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
