Order by Friday 11 December. Every Offline Christmas Box is packed by hand and posted from 11 December, with tracking. New Zealand orders close earlier, on Friday 4 December.
Posted anywhere in Australia with delivery included. New Zealand adds $30 postage at checkout.
Already a member? Your December Offline Box is The Offline Christmas Box, included in your usual $99 a month. You only need one of these if you want an extra to give.
Shipping
Free shipping on everything, Australia-wide. No minimum.
Everything is packed by hand in Melbourne and takes 3–7 days depending on where you are. Express is available at checkout for $15. Pre-order items are posted as soon as the run arrives with us, and the shipping month is noted at the top of the product.

Returns
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us and we will put it right. There is no support desk and no ticket number. One of us reads everything that comes in, and we answer within a working day.
